Who we are
Grand Support Pty Ltd was born from a deeply personal place. Sisters Cybele and Mia grew up watching the people who meant the most to them — their grandparents — navigate the later years of life with courage, but not always with the care and compassion they deserved. They saw moments that stayed with them: rushed visits, impersonal routines, and a system that too often overlooked the individual behind the care plan.
Those experiences shaped a quiet but powerful resolve. They knew care could be better — more human, more attentive, more respectful of the life someone has lived and the home they cherish. From that belief, Grand Support was created: a service grounded in dignity, comfort, and genuine connection.
Based in South East Queensland, Grand Support is a dedicated team of carers, nurses, and allied health professionals who bring not just clinical expertise, but heartfelt support into the homes of their clients. Every visit is guided by the understanding that this is more than care — it’s about preserving independence, honouring routines, and creating moments of comfort and joy.
